Alcohol & Drug Policy

In FMJ everyone has the right to be in a safe and healthy workplace.-

It is a termination offence for any employee of FMJ to be under the influence of alcohol, on in possession of or under the influence of any non-prescribed drug.

Hashish, or other illegal substance, while working or residing on any job site, including all operations, or property under the control of FMJ. This rule applies to all operations and all locations.
